Older Adult Services
Jewish Child and Family Older Adult Services (OAS) offers specialized services to Jewish seniors and their families. It is designed to support, empower and advocate for older adults so they may continue to live independently in the community at an optimal level of psychological, social, cognitive and physical functioning.
When dealing with any aspects of aging, including of loss, grief, dementia or caregiver stress, the JCFS social worker, in collaboration with the individual and their family, will provide a comprehensive assessment of the needs. JCFS ensures the necessary supports are provided and appropriate services are in place.
