The Asper Helping Hand Initiative

The Asper Helping Hand Initiative, funded by the Asper Foundation and the David and Ruth Asper Fund at the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba, provides interest- free loans to allow people to help themselves. 

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?

Eligibility: A borrower must be a Jewish permanent resident of Manitoba who can demonstrate both a need for the loan and the ability to repay.

WHAT KIND OF LOANS DO WE OFFER?

First home loans, education loans, life-cycle event loans, consolidation loans and more….

HOW MUCH CAN YOU BORROW?

Loans up to $10,000 with good credit and a qualified guarantor.

Loans up to $5,000 with good credit do not require a guarantor.
