We Know Mental Health Matters
Each year, JCFS runs our 50/50 lottery for Mental Wellness. Funds raised from the lottery support mental wellness initiatives at JCFS, such as:
- Ensuring our counselling services are accessible across Manitoba through our geared-to-income model
- Offering psychoeducational workshops and webinars, such as Learning Disabilities 101
- Providing a variety of groups, including our Bereavement Group and Anxiety Group
- And more!
This year, the lottery runs from July 31st – August 31st, 2026. Residents of Manitoba, aged 18+, are able to play and potentially win.
Our goal this year is to have a final jackpot of $30k!

The need for compassionate support doesn’t follow a calendar. Your year-round gift to Jewish Child and Family Service (JCFS) helps ensure individuals, families, seniors, children, and newcomers can access the services they need, when they need them most.
Unlike our Annual Support Campaign, which runs from October 15 to December 31, this giving opportunity is available all year and supports the areas of greatest need across JCFS. Your generosity helps provide mental health counselling, food security, older adult services, newcomer supports, child welfare, community education, and so much more.
