About Andrea
Based in Hamilton, Ontario, Andrea has spent more than 30 years helping students unlock their potential and achieve lasting academic success. With extensive experience in classrooms, accessibility services, and post-secondary education, she understands how learning systems work—and how to help students navigate them with confidence.
Over the course of her career, she has supported more than 20,000 students with ADHD, learning disabilities, and executive functioning challenges. Her approach goes beyond identifying barriers; she equips students with practical strategies that build confidence, independence, and lifelong learning skills.
She holds a Master of Arts in Special Education from the University of Toronto and has completed advanced graduate studies in Educational Psychology. Specializing in academic coaching, executive function development, and assistive technology, she transforms evidence-based research into personalized, real-world solutions.
Known for her compassionate and results-driven approach, she partners with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to create meaningful outcomes for every student. She is also the author of How to Study with ADHD and Other Learning Challenges, a trusted resource for students, parents, and educators alike.
